All items in the “featured wig” section are in stock and ship in 1-3 business days.

Custom glue less wigs can take 6-8 weeks.

Magic Hair Company primarily shipping carrier is United States Postal Service. Magic Hair Company reserves the right to downgrade any shipment being sent Expedited, or priority to first class. Magic Hair Company reserves the right to upgrade any first class shipment to priority or expedited. All shipments over $20 will require signature delivery unless customer submits in writing that they would like otherwise and is approved by magic hair company. It is you responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address as you will be required to pay a second delivery charge if your order is returned or undelivered. If your order is sent back to us or unclaimed you are responsible for the return shipping. Remember that this is a delivery estimate based on information at the time of purchase. Magic Hair Company is not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather conditions, holidays, natural disaster, pandemic or invalid address. Once your package has been scanned into the USPS shipping facility we can no longer be responsible for your order. Tracking information is sent out with every order and you are responsible to track the progress of your shipment and not magic hair company. Once you have received a tracking number and your package has been scanned into USPS contact USPS for shipping problems and not Magic Hair Company. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment contact Magic Hair Company to make this arrangement before your order has been placed. Magic Hair Company will not give reimbursements for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged shipments. International Shipments are sometimes more likely to be delayed and must clear customs. Do not contact Magic Hair Company about international delays contact the carrier your tracking number is associated with. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country and it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize yourself with the policies. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments excluding phone orders. There is no refunds or exchanges on international orders. Magic Hair Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly addressed packages. Once your order is submitted all sales are final on international orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returns, and Exchanges:

Wefted Hair, Closures, Frontals, and Clip Ins.
After purchasing your product make sure that you inspect the hair for accuracy. If you are unhappy with your product you have 3 days from the time you receive it to send it back for exchange or store credit only. Natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple hair care regimen. You can find a recommended care instructions on the pamphlet included with your order. Due to the virgin hair unprocessed quality no bundles will have the exact same texture or color. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final: your product can be exchanged only if it is still under warranty. We will not accept hair if alterations or changes have been made. The hair must be in the original state it was sent in. All original bands and tags still in place or your exchange will be refused. Please contact customer service before sending items back for return. Please include original invoice with your returned item. Write your issue on the invoice so we can resolve your issue. You must add signature requirement to anything being sent to 8638 Washington Blvd. Culver City, CA. 90232. You may not curl, braid, spray, wash, dye, wear, cut, flat iron or treat the hair in any way or your product will be void under warranty. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused acceptable condition we will exchange the product or issue a store credit. There are no exchange, refunds or returns on any custom ordered products. Any item returned is susceptible to a $45 restocking fee. Magic Hair Company reserves the right to cancel any orders without notice. All in store purchases are final and can not be exchanged or refunded.
Wigs/ Units

We will not cancel your order after it has started processing. All sales are final. We do not accept any exchange or returns.


At Magic Hair Company our preferred method of payment is Credit Card. If you have any trouble with processing your payment feel free to contact us at (310)558- 0181 or If you do not want to use a credit card, we also accept wire transfer, and cashapp, venmo. All payments are final and will not be canceled or refunded. If you would like to use a coupon code on your order you must enter that code at the time of checkout.

Chargebacks and Fraud:

Credit card stop payments will be looked at as fraud and will be sent to collections. Magic Hair Company will also take legal action and prosecute to the full extent of the law. Customers who chargeback, disputes, and stop payments for any reason with their credit card company will be reported to all major credit bureaus’ as a delinquent collection amount.

Custom order:

There is a $30 automatic charge for all custom orders. After a custom order has started being processed there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges. Charges associated with custom orders may include but are not limited to custom order fee, item charge, and shipping. Custom orders may take 6-8 weeks to process. Custom color is non refundable. Custom coloring to match a picture will be as close as possible but not exact. Will will guarantee a minimum 80% match of interpretation to a color reference picture but not exact match. Custom color for any item is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your custom color we will allow up to 2 touch ups. Custom coloring can add 1-15 business days to your order processing time.

Salon Services

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for booking your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment this needs to be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to keep your deposit. Your deposit can only be transferred 1 time before  losing it. You must arrive on time with no additional guest, and your hair clean and dry. All salon services are final and any adjustment to your installation need to be communicated to your stylist and addressed before leaving the salon.

If you chose to use any of these products Magic Hair Company is not responsible for any outcome to reaction due to the use of this product. Magic Hair Company reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior notification.
