Remy vs. Non-Remy 

Remy means the hair cuticle is still intact and all of the hair flows in the same direction. Remy hair is wefted in the same direction that it grows from the donor. Hair closest to the weft, is the hair closest to the root. Because Magic Hair Company hair flows in the same natural direction that it comes from donors, it prevents tangling of the hair. 

Non-Remy hair is hair that is sewn on a weft in a unnatural direction Example when hair is being cut from donor it drops to the ground and then is randomly picked up and then sewn on a weft.

What does “Virgin” mean?

Virgin hair is still in its natural state. Virgin hair has never been dyed. permed, relaxed, or hasn't had any other chemical treatment. This term is commonly misused by manufacturers and misinformed hair companies.

Can virgin hair from Magic Hair Company be dyed or cut? 

Yes, because Magic Hair Company uses only 100% Virgin Remy hair. You can treat it as if is your natural hair. You can cut, style and dye this hair any way you desire. Better yet we can do it for you.

Where does the Magic Hair Company bundles come from?

Each bundle of hair is hand selected from Indian temples. During the hand selection process, Magic Hair Company only selects the healthiest, lustrous, and length consistence bundles. Also during the wefting process most short hairs and greys are discarded to maintain long thick bundles of hair. Before you receive you Magic Hair Company hair, has been sanitized, washed, and deep conditioned.

What do you do if your hair feels dry?

 If you notice your hair is starting to get dry use our signature keratin conditioner it and bring you extensions back to life. This is more common in a curlier hair texture. Deep conditioning also prevents dryness and breakage. Remember the better you take care of your hair the longer it will last.

How do I care for Magic Hair Company hair?

  1. Wash hair weekly with our signature Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner. Before washing hair and in general when combing hair always comb hair starting from the tips and work your way up to the roots. Use alcohol free styling aids, such as mouse, gel, and hairspray in moderation. DO NOT use oily or greasy products because they can cause extreme tangling to the hair. After washing hair let hair dry in order for it to go back to its natural texture.

Delivery:

Magic Hair Company primarily shipping carrier is United States Postal Service. Magic Hair Company reserves the right to downgrade any shipment being sent Expedited, or priority to first class. Magic Hair Company reserves the right to upgrade any first class shipment to priority or expedited. All shipments over $20 will require signature delivery unless customer submits in writing that they would like otherwise and is approved by magic hair company. It is you responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address as you will be required to pay a second delivery charge if your order is returned or undelivered. If your order is sent back to us or unclaimed you are responsible for the return shipping. Remember that this is a delivery estimate based on information at the time of purchase. Magic Hair Company is not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather conditions, holidays, natural disaster, pandemic or invalid address. Once your package has been scanned into the USPS shipping facility we can no longer be responsible for your order. Tracking information is sent out with every order and you are responsible to track the progress of your shipment and not magic hair company. Once you have received a tracking number and your package has been scanned into USPS contact USPS for shipping problems and not Magic Hair Company. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment contact Magic Hair Company to make this arrangement before your order has been placed. Magic Hair Company will not give reimbursements for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged shipments. International Shipments are sometimes more likely to be delayed and must clear customs. Do not contact Magic Hair Company about international delays contact the carrier your tracking number is associated with. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country and it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize yourself with the policies. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments excluding phone orders. There is no refunds or exchanges on international orders. Magic Hair Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly addressed packages. Once your order is submitted all sales are final on international orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    After purchasing your product make sure that you inspect the hair for accuracy. If you are unhappy with your product you have 3 days from the time you receive it to send it back for exchange or store credit only. Natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple hair care regimen. You can find a recommended care instructions on the pamphlet included with your order. Due to the virgin hair unprocessed quality no bundles will have the exact same texture or color. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final: your product can be exchanged only if it is still under warranty. We will not accept hair if alterations or changes have been made. The hair must be in the original state it was sent in. All original bands and tags still in place or your exchange will be refused. Please contact customer service before sending items back for return. Please include original invoice with your returned item. Write your issue on the invoice so we can resolve your issue. You must add signature requirement to anything being sent to 8638 Washington Blvd. Culver City, CA. 90232. You may not curl, braid, spray, wash, dye, wear, cut, flat iron or treat the hair in any way or your product will be void under warranty. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused acceptable condition we will exchange the product or issue a store credit. There are no exchange, refunds or returns on any custom ordered products. Any item returned is susceptible to a $45 restocking fee. Magic Hair Company reserves the right to cancel any orders without notice. All in store purchases are final and can not be exchanged or refunded.

    We will not cancel your order after it has started processing. All sales are final. We do not accept any exchange or returns.
